1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The pk5d platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of their location within Pakistan or internationally. pk5d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend or permanently close any account where the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.

2.2 Identity Verification. All pk5d accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. During registration, Players must provide a valid Pakistani Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or Passport. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documents is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) pk5d account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited upon detection.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the pk5d registration process and must promptly update their account details if any information changes. pk5d accepts no liability for account issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

3. Account Security

3.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk5d account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pk5d will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your pk5d account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk5d support immediately. pk5d will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending resolution. pk5d accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your pk5d account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or assigned to any other person. Similarly, no other person may use your pk5d account to place bets or access games on your behalf. Accounts found to have been transferred or shared will be closed immediately.

3.4 Security Features. pk5d offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to registered Pakistani mobile numbers. Players are strongly encouraged to activate 2FA on their accounts. All pk5d sessions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Login activity is monitored and unusual patterns may trigger automatic security verification steps before access is granted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk5d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and Raast. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at pk5d's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on pk5d is Rs 100 (one hundred Pakistani Rupees). There is no maximum deposit limit, though pk5d reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large transactions in accordance with its KYC and anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals from a pk5d account are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. pk5d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time. pk5d aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests at any given time. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers.

4.5 Player Funds. All player funds held by pk5d are maintained in accounts segregated from the company's operational funds. This segregation is maintained in accordance with the requirements of pk5d's international gaming licence.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on pk5d are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game. Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series — are governed by pk5d's Cricket Betting Rules. Baccarat, slots, live casino, and snooker markets are each subject to their respective game rules as published on the platform.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. pk5d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed using erroneous odds, bets placed after an event has concluded, and bets that are inconsistent with the platform's maximum stake limits or liability thresholds.

5.3 Errors and System Failures. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error on the pk5d platform, pk5d reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to Players. pk5d will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly. pk5d accepts no liability for losses incurred due to technical failures or errors beyond its reasonable control.

5.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets on pk5d are settled based on the outcome at the time of settlement as determined by pk5d. In the event of a match suspension, abandonment, or result reversal after initial settlement, pk5d's In-Play Rules will determine the final outcome. Cricket in-play markets — particularly during PSL and international fixtures — are subject to additional rules regarding Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application and weather-affected results.

5.5 Responsible Wagering. pk5d encourages all players to wager only amounts they can afford to lose. Responsible gaming tools including deposit limits and session reminders are available to all pk5d account holders at no cost.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers on pk5d are available to eligible players as specified in the individual terms of each promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Existing players may be eligible for reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions (such as PSL season offers) as announced on the platform.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds awarded by pk5d are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Players must meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period or the bonus balance will expire.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. pk5d actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, the use of low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, and collusion between players to exploit promotional terms. pk5d reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

6.4 Changes to Promotions. pk5d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Player accounts prior to the modification, subject to the original wagering conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk5d platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action:

• Registering or using a pk5d account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Creating or operating more than one pk5d account.
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or assigning your pk5d account to another person.
• Using automated software, bots, or other artificial means to interact with the pk5d platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities on pk5d for financial gain.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt wagering on cricket, snooker, or any other sport.
• Money laundering or using pk5d for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk5d staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent pk5d's responsible gaming tools or age verification systems.

pk5d cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Pakistan and internationally in cases involving illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment to Player Wellbeing. pk5d is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. The responsible gaming tools and policies described in this section form a core part of pk5d's operational obligations under its international gaming licence.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Any pk5d account holder may request a self-exclusion at any time by contacting pk5d support. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be prevented from accessing their pk5d account and will not receive any promotional communications from pk5d. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

8.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their pk5d accounts at any time via account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before they become active.

8.4 Session Time Reminders. pk5d provides optional session time reminders that alert players when they have been logged in for a specified duration. This feature is available in account settings and is recommended for all players who wish to monitor their time spent on the platform.

8.5 Minor Protection. pk5d prohibits access to individuals under the age of 21. CNIC-based age verification is conducted on all accounts. If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for ensuring they cannot access your pk5d account. Always log out of pk5d when leaving a shared device unattended.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk5d platform — including but not limited to the pk5d name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk5d or its licensed partners. No part of the pk5d platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of pk5d.

Game content provided by third-party game studios and software providers on pk5d is licensed to pk5d and remains the intellectual property of the respective providers. Players may not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any game available on pk5d.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 pk5d's liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the liability arises.

10.2 pk5d accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the pk5d platform, including losses arising from network interruptions, device malfunctions, or third-party service failures.

10.3 pk5d makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times, including during high-traffic periods such as PSL finals and World Cup matches. pk5d will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pk5d's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by pk5d. pk5d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) pk5d is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) pk5d determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties; or (d) the Player requests self-exclusion.

11.2 Termination by Player. Players may close their pk5d account at any time by contacting pk5d support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (after the deduction of any pending obligations) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account for any reason, these Terms shall continue to apply to any matters arising from the period during which the Player held an active account, including settlement of outstanding bets, resolution of disputes, and obligations relating to data retention.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk5d's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Players accessing pk5d from Pakistan do so of their own volition and are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.

12.2 In the event of a dispute arising between a Player and pk5d relating to the platform, the Player should first contact pk5d support to seek an informal resolution. pk5d will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the support channel, the dispute shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established under pk5d's gaming licence.

12.3 The English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version in the event of any inconsistency with any translation.

13. Changes to These Terms

pk5d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via a notification on the pk5d website or by email to the address registered on the Player's account. Continued use of the pk5d platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If a Player does not accept the updated Terms, they must cease using the pk5d platform and may close their account by contacting pk5d support.
